Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (required)

• Valid drivers license and own transportation

• Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication.

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, drug screening, credit report, valid drivers license.

• Be on feet for several hours. Be able to lift tires, hitches, etc.

• Fast learner with a good knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Ensure all of your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed

• Answer phone calls, return missed messages, email inquires, and overall customer help.

• Take care of customers. Help transition them from browsing to buying.

• Help customers find best trailer and accessories

• General office paperwork

• Update inventory after selling or hold.
