Are You Available After Hours?
Yes — we are available after hours by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule. An after-hours service fee of $100 may apply for appointments that are very early in the morning or late in the evening.
Are There Any Additional Fees?
All trailer purchases include a $150 document fee. This is a common dealership fee that helps cover the preparation and processing of sales paperwork, title documents, and other administrative costs associated with your purchase.
We also charge a processing fee on credit card payments: 3.5% for most credit cards and 4.5% for American Express transactions.
Do You Charge Tax?
No — we do not charge sales tax on trailer purchases. When you purchase a trailer from us, you will receive the title and all necessary paperwork the same day, and you will pay any applicable taxes directly at your local DMV when you register the trailer.
This applies to all customers, whether you live in Missouri, Illinois, or another state.
Sales tax is charged on other items such as tires, hitches, accessories, parts, and service work, as required by law.
Is The Online Inventory Up To Date?
Yes — almost everything on our website is kept as up to date as possible. We sell a large number of trailers every week, receive multiple trailer loads weekly, and maintain a very large inventory, so occasional delays in website updates can happen.
Our pricing is almost always accurate; however, with fuel and transportation costs constantly changing, some newly arrived trailer loads may have slight price increases due to increased delivery expenses.
We do our best to keep our inventory and pricing accurate and transparent. If you want to confirm availability or pricing on a specific trailer, please give us a call or send us a message before making the trip.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept most major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.
While we can accept cash payments, we prefer non-cash payment methods whenever possible for security and processing purposes.
